How does Freebird work?

Welcome to the app!

 Using Freebird is a snap: Simply search for your desired destination in the search bar or tap a suggested place on the home screen and take a ride.

Know where you want to go? Use the search bar to explore offers by keyword, location, or cuisine so you can find the perfect spot. Feeling adventurous? Tap on a neighborhood from the home screen and explore deals in popular areas.

To earn cash rewards, visit a participating location that has a cash offer and make a purchase with a credit or debit card that's linked to your Freebird account. Once your bank moves the charge from "pending" to "posted" you should see the cash reward in your Freebird account.

You can also get points for riding anywhere that Uber takes you: a friend's house, work, sporting events, the airport, movie theaters ... anywhere!  Once you accumulate enough points you can trade in your points for cash rewards.

Please note that you must book your rides in the Freebird app, NOT Uber or Lyft.  In order to do so simply search the address or location name you wish to ride to in the search bar at the top of the screen, tap "Request Uber/Lyft" and take a ride!  You will then begin accumulating points and cash!  

Freebird is committed to end drunk driving and partners like Guinness and Crown Royal offer discounted rides home. Don't forget to use Freebird at the end of the night to get home safely and earn cash back.
