Why is my trip "pending"?

Trips to places offering cash rewards are listed as pending until your purchases are settled. Depending on the business you visited and card company issuer, the process of settling the transaction can take up to 5 business days.  

 

In addition, please make sure that you have added a Linked Card.  A linked card is the card that you use to pay your bill at the bar or restaurant that you take a ride to.  To add a linked card tap the Profile icon in the lower left corner and you will see an option called "Linked Cards".  You may link as many cards as you would like to the Freebird app.  We recommend linking all the cards you use regularly to the app, that way no matter what card you use while you are out, we will be able to match your transactions.

 

If you have a settled (not pending) transaction on your linked card and still see the trip listed as pending, please send us a screenshot of the transaction that you completed at the bar or restaurant so that we can resolve the issue.
