I've added a linked card and used that card at the bar or restaurant but my ride is STILL pending.

We have found that some businesses post on your bank statement under a different name/description than their commonly known business name and that can sometimes cause rides and transactions to not match. For example, The Bungalow is listed on bank statements as Fairmont Miramar Hotel.  If you think the location you attended has this issue please either attach a screenshot of your banking statement with the location listed and all personal information blacked out or type exactly what the restaurant statement descriptor appears as on your bank statement here.  Once we receive the information from you we will manually be able to match your rides for you!
