How do I know its safe to link my card and accounts?

Good question! Please know that we do not see your banking credentials nor do we share them with anyone. We use the same 3rd party provider for bank logins as the popular money management tool Mint, called Plaid.  If you have questions about your cards security when being linked to Plaid please click here https://plaid.com/security/.  You can still ride to a restaurant using Freebird to get a feel for the app and then add a Linked Card to the app up to 30 days after you ride.  You can also ride within Freebird solely for points and access rewards that way without having to link a card.
